We offer our members room hire discount on private party bookings only. There are no discounts on wedding packages or corporate bookings. We also offer custom DDR and MET corporate bookings.
As a member, you receive a 10% discount on food from The Conservatory Cafe menu and drinks from The Warren Bar (excludes items like tea, coffee, and packaged snacks).
Your guests are welcome to enjoy all facilities with you, from the bar to the BBQ area! The only exception is the gym, which requires its own separate membership for insurance and safety.

Joining, payments and your card
All club memberships are paid annually. Our only accepted payment method is Direct Debit. We do not offer monthly or quarterly club membership options.
You are free to cancel your club membership at any time by simply cancelling your Direct Debit with your bank. We do not offer refunds for membership fees already paid.
Yes. You will receive a physical membership card. If you choose to join our gym, you will be issued a separate physical gym membership card, which is used for access to the gym building.
Gym and sports facilities
Our Fitness Suite and sports facilities are an exclusive benefit only for The Warren members.
Your monthly gym fee includes full access to our well-equipped Fitness Suite, as well as use of the sauna and steam room. Showers and changing rooms are also available.
Yes. For safety, children aged 14 and 15 must be supervised by a responsible adult gym member at all times and are not permitted to use the free weights. Members aged 16 and over will be issued their own gym access card.
