Coney
Licensed indoor and garden ceremonies, reception for up to 300 guests, ground-floor with step-free route, private bar and stage.
Our big-hearted showstopper. The Coney Suite feels bright, celebratory and wonderfully easy to plan. Say your vows in the De Zoete Garden pergola, glide through to a generous wedding breakfast, then light up the dance floor beneath coloured mood lighting.

Hobit
Licenced for ceremonies with up to 140 wedding guests, private bar, first-floor setting.
Characterful and cosy with wood panelling its own bar, Hobbit is crafted for mid-size celebrations that still feel intimate. Envisage a heartfelt ceremony, a beautifully paced meal, and music that gathers your closest friends together. Natural flow, clear sightlines, and everything at hand for a relaxed celebration.
Best for: Mid-size events that seek atmosphere.
Hayes
Dining up to 40 and evenings to 50, ground-floor with nearby accessible facilities, private bar, patio access. Licenced ceremonies held upstairs in a private intimate space.
Warm wood panelling, a private bar, and a gentle step outside to the patio for photographs give Hayes an inviting, classic club-house glow. It sets the scene for refined dining, relaxed speeches, and time well spent.

If you are envisaging an intimate wedding chapter, the Hayes room feels warm and traditional with views over the bowls green and direct access to a patio. Wickhams suits a sit-down meal for around 40, with natural light and a cosy atmosphere. Both are lovely for micro-weddings, private speeches and unhurried dining, with larger rooms nearby for evening guests if your party grows later.

Choose from Twilight, Classic, Heritage and Weekday Summer Ceremony options. Our packages are built around in-house catering, welcome drinks and evening food, with inclusive food tastings for select packages. We offer special rates for off-peak months and for Sunday to Thursday dates. Pricing is on enquiry so we can advise accurately for your guest numbers and menu choices.
Food and drink
Good weddings run on great food! Our kitchen and bar teams are proudly in-house, serving plentiful wedding breakfasts and generous buffets that keep conversations delightful and dance floors lively. Each of our main reception spaces features its own private bar, ensuring service is smooth from the first pour to the last toast. We hold a 5-star rating and cater thoughtfully for all your dietary needs.
Accessibility, parking and practicalities
We offer free on-site parking across the estate and a step-free route to the Coney Suite via the garden, with disabled parking close by. The De Zoete Garden is on the ground level beside Coney – perfect for flowing from vows to fizz. For our smaller rooms, we will guide you on the best approach for guests with mobility needs. Bar service runs to midnight, with the option to request a licensed extension to 1 am, subject to approval.
