Welcome to The Coney Suite – our largest, most versatile space, loved for its light, its easy ground-floor flow and its private, tree-lined garden. Host conferences, wedding breakfasts, awards nights or milestone parties with the bar, stage and dance floor exactly where you need them. The room’s upgraded screen, strong sound and simple plug-in setup keep presentations crisp and speeches clear.

The De Zoete Garden: Your private garden
A defining feature of the Coney Suite is its direct access to the beautiful De Zoete Garden. Named for Walter Maximilian de Zoete (the man who built the original Warren House), this landscaped, secluded area is included with your room hire.
The garden features a licensed pergola for ceremonies, heel-friendly artificial grass (so no one sinks in the lawn!), and countless backdrops for stunning photographs across our 22-acre estate. It’s a true highlight of the Coney event space.
Corporate events and seminar room for hire
With a minimum capacity of 50 delegates for this room, it is the ideal setting for larger conferences, seminars, product launches, trade showcases, and team-building away days.
Use our large screen, microphone and room speakers, then step into the garden for coffee breaks and fresh air. For all-inclusive meeting packages, view our Day Delegate Rates.
Wi-Fi, stationery and buffet options are available through our DDR packages. Our on-site coordinator helps with setup and arrivals.

Special and memorable days: Event room for hire
From anniversaries to celebrations of life, The Coney Suite adapts to your tone and timetable. The private bar keeps service smooth, the stage frames speeches and entertainment, and the coloured lighting brings a gentle party glow after dark. There is no minimum spend on food or drink; hire is room-fee based. Bar closes at midnight, with an optional licensed extension.
Our in-house kitchen prepares everything from plentiful buffets to plated menus, accommodating dietary requirements with care.
Weddings in the Coney Suite
Exchange vows in the licensed De Zoete Garden beneath the pergola, then flow indoors for a seamless wedding breakfast and an evening that fills the dance floor. Ceremonies can also be held inside if the weather turns, as directed by Bromley registrars.

Accessibility, facilities, and logistics
The Coney Suite is a ground-floor room. We have dedicated disabled parking spaces that can be reserved in advance. A shallow, step-free slope leads directly from the car park to the garden entrance, making the entire space wheelchair accessible.
Please note that the accessible toilets are not inside the suite, they are approximately 20 metres away behind the main bar.
Doors can be closed between the bar foyer and the main room for smooth changeovers. Parking for over 80 free spaces available on site. Cars may stay overnight but at owners’ risk.
