Wedding venue hire FAQs

Planning a wedding brings a delightful flurry of questions. We’re here to provide clear, helpful answers on hiring our venue to make your journey as smooth and joyful as possible.

The practicalities and planning

After your viewing, it is time to pick a date! We require a £1000 non-refundable deposit to hold your special day. To secure it, we require a £500 non-refundable deposit. Six months before your wedding, we ask for 50% of the total package price (minus your deposit). The final balance, including any extras, is due six weeks before your big day.
For our popular Coney Suite and De Zoete Garden, dates, especially in summer, can be booked over a year in advance. We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind.
Not at all. The Warren is open to non-members, and we are delighted to host your celebration.

For safety reasons, naked flames are not permitted. We encourage the use of beautiful LED candles as a safe and equally atmospheric alternative.
Yes. Our Coney Suite and Hayes Room are on the ground floor with step-free, wheelchair-accessible routes and dedicated disabled toilets nearby. We also have a Changing Places facility in The Hobbit. Disabled parking can be reserved upon request.
