How much is wedding venue hire in the UK?
We can provisionally hold your date after your viewing. To secure it, pay a £1000 non-refundable deposit.
- Six months before: pay 50% of the package price (minus the £1000).
- Three months before: Pay the remainder of the package price.
- Six weeks before: pay for any upgrades, extras and last-minute additions.
From 2026 packages onward, an on-site coordinator is provided as standard; they are fully briefed and by your side all day.

Children and member perks
Children (under 18, on the children’s menu) are half price as additional guests. If a member is running a pre-paid bar, they can use their 10% drinks discount for purchases made by the member. (Otherwise, wedding package pricing is the same for all.)

Menus and upgrades
For your menu, we recommend offering two starters, two mains and one dessert; all wedding packages use in-house catering.
Allergies and dietary needs are gladly catered for.
Our packages are curated sets; mix-and-match across packages is not available, but upgrades are. Think wine upgrades or a bespoke menu (supplements may apply based on choices).

Suppliers, styling, and rules: Wedding package hire
Bring your own stylists, DJs, entertainers — we just ask for £5m public liability insurance.
For safety and comfort, no open-flame candles or fog machines.
Timings, music, and midnight moments
Here’s a flow that many of our couples love:
2:00pm: Ceremony (30 minutes)
2:30pm - 4:00pm: Welcome drinks, canapés, and photos (1.5 hours)
4:00pm: Sit-down dinner (2 hours, including speeches)
6:30pm: Evening guests begin to arrive
9:00pm: Evening buffet
The evening winds down with bars closing at midnight, and carriages at 12:30am. If you'd like to keep the party going, we offer a 1:00am extension — just ask!
