It also holds a delightful secret: it is fully licenced for intimate civil ceremonies, offering a wonderfully private spot to say ‘I do’.

Choose the format that fits your agenda. Typical capacities are classroom up to 18 and boardroom up to 18, with other layouts available on request. Our team will prepare the room for your arrival and arrange tea, coffee and lunch to your timetable. If your programme needs parallel discussion spaces, we can add a nearby room for breakouts as part of a bespoke plan.

The Conference Room: Hire in Bromley 

This room is designed for board meetings, planning days and intimate ceremonies that benefit from light, good acoustics and simple AV. Present on the TV screen, keep the discussion flowing, and let our team look after refreshments and timings. For weekday bookings, our DDR packages make everything straightforward, right down to flipcharts and stationery. 

We host frequent corporate bookings from the local area, with on-site parking, lift access to the room and an in-house kitchen with a recent 5-star hygiene rating.

Guests reach the first floor via lift or the main staircase. Toilets for ladies and gents are on the same level, with accessible facilities on the ground floor near the Conservatory entrance. Parking is free across the estate.
