We have a versatile collection of six rooms.
Coney: Seated 220, Standing 300 Hobbit: Seated 60, Standing 120 Wickhams: Seated 36, Standing 40 Hayes: Seated 40, Standing 40 Conference: Boardroom style for 18 Directors: Boardroom style for 14
Each room comes with its own character and amenities. Standard features across most rooms include a projector or TV screen, speakers, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Many, like the Coney and Hobbit, also have private bars and air conditioning.
The Coney Suite and Hayes Room are on the ground floor with step-free access and nearby disabled toilets. The Conference and Directors rooms are on the first floor but have lift access. We will gladly guide you to the most suitable space for your guests' needs.
Absolutely. Booking the magnificent Coney Suite includes exclusive use of the beautiful De Zoete Garden, perfect for summer parties, breakout sessions, or welcome drinks.

Catering and menus

Yes, and we’re proud of it! Our talented culinary team operates from a 5-star rated kitchen and creates everything from relaxed buffets to elegant banquets. We do not allow external caterers, as we love providing a seamless, high-quality dining experience.
Of course. While we have a selection of popular menus, our chefs are happy to create a more bespoke menu for your event. Depending on your choices, this may come with a supplementary charge, but we’ll always discuss this with you upfront.
Yes, thoughtfully and carefully. We cater for all dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and halal options. We simply ask that you inform us of any requirements in advance so our kitchen team can prepare.
Our Day Delegate Rates are the most popular choice, bringing together room hire, refreshments and a buffet lunch into one simple per-person price. Half Day Delegate options are also available for shorter meetings, with additional food options available.

Reviews

Entertainment and extras

You are welcome to bring your own entertainers, DJs, or speakers, permissible for some areas. We just require a copy of their public liability insurance certificate with a minimum cover of £5 million.
We do not offer in-house decoration packages, but you are very welcome to decorate the space yourselves to suit your theme or branding.
Security is not automatically provided. For certain events, particularly larger parties like 21st birthdays, we may discretionarily require you to book security, which would be at your cost.

Booking and practicalities

This depends on the room and the time of year. For our popular Coney Suite in the summer, dates can be booked over a year in advance. We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date in mind.
We like to keep things simple for our corporate clients. For corporate bookings, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.
Cancellations given with more than 14 days’ notice will receive a 75% refund of the total booking price. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice are required to pay the full balance.
Our bar closes at midnight, with carriages at 12:30am. We can apply for a licenced extension until 1am, but please note this is not guaranteed as it requires approval from Bromley Council and we have a limited number of late licences per year.
There is no minimum spend on food or drinks. We do charge a room hire fee for functions, which is often incorporated into our Day Delegate Rate packages.
