By car

Take Stock Hill to Lebanon Gardens, turn left onto Main Rd A233. Continue via Westerham Rd A233, until W Common Rd, then left onto Croydon Rd A232 — The Warren will be on the right.

By public transport

Walk to Maple Leaf Close (Stop W). Take Bus 246 towards Bromley for 14 stops to Hartfield Crescent. Walk about 4 minutes to The Warren.

Corporate venue hiring FAQs

Our corporate payment process is designed to be easy. We normally invoice following your event, with the option to complete payment in advance if that is your preference.
Absolutely. The Coney Suite and Hayes Room are on the ground floor with step-free routes and accessible facilities. Our first-floor Conference and Directors Rooms are reachable by lift.
Our Day Delegate Rates keep planning simple by packaging venue hire, refreshments, and a buffet lunch together. If you only need catering, choose the Classic Buffet (£12.50pp) or opt for the fuller Premium Buffet (£20pp).
For peak dates and larger spaces such as The Coney Suite, aim to secure your booking 6–12 months ahead. Short-notice dates do open up, so please contact us and we will check current availability.
Please provide written notice to cancel corporate bookings. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the event will be charged at the minimum day delegate rate for the room booked. If no one attends on the day, the full value of the booking becomes payable.
