By public transport

From Sevenoaks station, take Bus 401 towards Bromley South, alight at Coney Hall, and walk the final stretch to The Warren.

Function room hiring FAQs

Our bar typically closes at midnight, though late extensions until 1:00 AM can be arranged via Bromley Council if available.
Yes. Our ground-floor suites, including The Coney and The Hayes Rooms, offer full step-free access and accessible facilities. All upper-floor rooms are reached via lift.
For larger rooms like The Coney Suite, bookings 6–12 months ahead are recommended. We also accommodate short-notice events where possible.
Yes, you may bring your preferred DJ or live band. We only ask to see a copy of their valid Public Liability Insurance with a £5 million minimum cover.
Security is not required for most private bookings, but for larger events or specific occasions such as milestone parties, our team may request that you arrange security at your expense.
