By car

Head northwest on Station Rd/A232, turn right onto Farnborough Common/A21, then left onto Croydon Rd/A232. The Warren will be on your right.  

By public transport

From Spur Road / Orpington War Memorial (Stop N), take Bus R2 to Blackness Lane. Switch to Bus 464 towards New Addington to Hartfield Crescent, then walk 5 minutes to The Warren.

Function room hiring FAQs

Bar service runs until midnight as standard. A 01:00 extension may be possible with a council-approved temporary licence from Bromley Council, but numbers are limited and approval is not assured.
Yes. Accessibility is a priority throughout The Warren. The Coney Suite and the Hayes Room on the ground floor provide step-free entry and accessible facilities. The first-floor rooms are reached by lift.
For the most popular dates and for larger rooms like The Coney Suite, a 6–12 month lead time is recommended. We do take last-minute bookings when possible, so get in touch and we will review the diary.
Yes. You may book your own entertainment. Please send us their current Public Liability Insurance certificate with a minimum cover of £5 million before the event date.
Security is not standard for private events. Where attendance is higher or the event profile warrants it, including some 21st birthday parties, we may request security to be booked by you and charged to your event.
