By car

Take Stock Hill to Lebanon Gardens, turn left onto Main Rd A233. Continue via Westerham Rd A233, until W Common Rd, then left onto Croydon Rd A232 — The Warren will be on the right.  

By public transport

Walk to Maple Leaf Close (Stop W). Take Bus 246 towards Bromley for 14 stops to Hartfield Crescent. Walk about 4 minutes to The Warren.

Function room hiring FAQs

Standard closing is 12:00 midnight. We may be able to extend service to 01:00 with a licensed extension approved by Bromley Council. Extensions are limited and cannot be guaranteed.
Yes. We have made access straightforward for everyone. The Coney Suite and Hayes Room are on the ground floor with step-free routes and accessible amenities. A lift serves our first-floor spaces, including the Conference and Directors Rooms.
To avoid disappointment, especially for The Coney Suite and other high-demand days, plan to book 6–12 months in advance. If your timeline is tighter, reach out and we will confirm our latest availability.
Absolutely. We just need a copy of the performer’s Public Liability Insurance, showing at least £5 million cover, in advance of your booking.
Most private bookings proceed without security. For high-capacity events or certain celebrations (for example, 21st birthdays), we may insist on approved security personnel, payable by the organiser.
