Arriving from Beckenham:   

By car

Head east on Beckenham High Street, take Bromley Road, then follow Hayes Lane and Croydon Road. The Warren will be on your left.  

By public transport

Walk to Bromley Road / St George's Church (Stop E), take Bus 162 towards Eltham Station, get off at Broadoaks Way (Stop J), then hop on Bus 138 to Coney Hall. Walk to The Warren.

Function room hiring FAQs

Our standard bar service ends at midnight. We can apply for a licenced extension until 1:00 AM, subject to approval from Bromley Council. Please note these extensions are limited and not guaranteed.
Yes, we are committed to being accessible for all. Our ground-floor rooms, The Coney Suite and The Hayes Room, offer step-free access and accessible facilities. First-floor rooms like the Conference and Directors Rooms are served by a lift.
For popular dates and larger rooms like The Coney Suite, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance. However, we often have availability at shorter notice, so please get in touch to check our diary.
You are welcome to provide your own entertainment. We simply require a copy of their valid Public Liability Insurance certificate (minimum £5 million cover) prior to the event.
For most private events, security is not provided. However, for larger parties or certain event types (such as 21st birthdays), we may discretionarily require you to book security at your cost.
