BANQUETING MENU

You and your guests remain seated for your meal and are served all the courses by our waiting staff. Being waited on can be less stressful for you and your guests.

Three courses are generally served (soup/starter, main course, and dessert), this service style is most appropriate for more formal black-tie affairs and weddings.

Our Coney Suite can offer formal dining of this type for up to 230 guests, seated on round or long tables. Each table is dressed with a table cloth and cloth napkins.

We request you choose a maximum of two starters, two main courses and two desserts and offer your guests a choice of either one or the other. Special dietary requirements can be addressed separately. From your table plan we know which meals are to be served to which person; all we ask is for you to provide the information so it’s always a good idea to make a note of who has ordered which meal.
