Experienced Permanent Bar Team Member Position
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including mixing cocktails and pouring draught beers
- Process payments accurately using cash and electronic systems (like POS terminals)
- Keep the bar area clean and tidy, collect and wash glasses, and ensure there is a constant supply of clean glassware, ice, and other accessories
- Monitor stock levels, report needs to management, and rotate stock to minimise waste
- Ability to interact positively with customers and work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and a polite, presentable manner
- Might be asked to carry out other duties to the best of your abilities and to obey all lawful and reasonable orders given to you and comply with the organisation’s rules, procedures and policies
Salary: £12.35/hour / 40 hours per week
