Banqueting Menu

The Warren can offer an extensive range of menus, available for any occasion from buffets to banquets.
One choice is to be selected for all guests other than those guests with special dietary requirements

Please take into consideration that some of your guests may require a vegetarian or special diet meal and your co-operation will ensure that all your  guests’ needs are catered for.
Customers’ suggestions are very welcome and will be costed individually.

Please select either two or three courses per person. (Includes coffee)
Children may choose a smaller portion of the adult meal with a reduction on the meal.

FOOD ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES

The EU Food Information for Consumers Regulation No (1169/2011) has set rules for new requirements which state that from December 2014 all food businesses must declare any of 14 identified allergenic ingredients which are used in non-pre-packed or loose foods that are sold or provided.

Please check with your guests whether they have any food allergies and / or intolerances and
ensure you inform us accordingly.

STARTERS

a fanned melon served with one of the following:

NORWEGIAN PRAWN & MANGO SALAD
Fresh Norwegian prawns and fresh mango
served with a garlic and lime mayonnaise

TOMATO, BUFFALO MOZZARELLA AND BASIL SALAD [v]
Sundried tomatoes and slices of Buffalo Mozzarella
on rocket & spinach and drizzled with  fresh basil oil

DUCK & ORANGE TERRINE
served with wholemeal toast & a fig and pistachio compote

SMOKED SALMON PARFAIT
with a dill and mild mustard dressing and
served with wholemeal toast

GRILLED LEMON CHICKEN SALAD
marinated fillets of chicken with Greek yoghurt & fresh coriander

ANTIPASTO PLATTER
a selection of Mediterranean Meats served with fresh olives, houmous, balsamic oil and Crusty Bread – (a platter will be served per table amount)

MAIN COURSES

BREAST OF CHICKEN

a fresh roasted skinless chicken breast
served with one of the following sauces:

Rich tomato & fresh tarragon

Creamy leek, white wine and coarse grain mustard

Grilled Bacon, mushroom and red wine

Creamy pesto and sliced grilled peppers

a salmon supreme served with a white wine, prawn & spring onion sauce
