This is a modern, purpose built gymnasium, which opened in the year 2000. A friendly atmosphere catering for all ages from 16 upwards. [Children aged 14 - 16 may use the cardio equipment only.] It has all the latest technological equipment including cardio and resistance trainers, weights and a free weight section.
There is a sauna and a steam room, together with a sunbed (there is a small charge for the sunbed).
Individual training plans are avaliable to suite your personal requirements, for a small fee.
Open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 9pm Saturday and Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm (last entry 45 minutes before close)
Membership of The Warren is required in order to join the Fitness Suite.
